Yes, and you ARE welcome to it. Really. If someone asked me if I wanted to rule the world I would run a mile. Life's complicated enough without the whole of mankind blaming me for it's problems.
For those of you who are new to this neck of the woods, and H2G2, the Earth is a vibrant, wonderful, diverse, colourful, slightly daft and sometimes fairly ugly place to live or visit.
