I don't believe in hell so I believe you'll be safe. I find that the best way to deal with the strong religious views that abound in the world is to avoid and ignore them. There are so many beliefs that would get me extremely wound up and angry if I dwelt on them too long.

On another subject - I am training to be a nurse and have tried to take on board the experiences you had of medical and nursing staff so that I try never to treat patients and their families like that. Everytime I feel like I haven't got the time to talk to someone, I will think of your account and keep myself in check. Thank you again.

smiley - smiley Bob, you are an smiley - angel I was considering A&E nursing as a springboard to other careers options. Community nursing seems quite appealing, it involves a lot more working in the real world with real problems, not just patching up illnesses. I've already spoken to a lot of people with mental illnesses and heard their advice on A&E nursing, I am always open to people's opinions. I think it's important.

Thank you again smiley - hug

Ever considered being a Paramedic? The world doesn't get more real than that... That's what I thought of doing when I studied nursing- either that or a midwife. smiley - smiley
Think about it...

Yes, I know about that... But it really depends on what sort of person you are. If you want all the professional knowledge, and an action-filled job, Paramedic is the thing for you.
