The article incorrectly states that the moon is 1/6 the size of the earth.
While the moon's surface gravity is 1/6 that of the earth, it has about 1/81 of the earth's mass (a little over 1%), one quarter of the earth's diameter, and about 7.5% of the earth's surface area.
