The Aces available to provide a polite and friendly helping hand.
They greet newbies and help them get to grips with the sometimes overwhelming h2g2 experience.
They try to calm down heated discussions with a few well-chosen words.

Thats a nice thing to say. Almost ready for OFSTED tomorrow, luckily I have very little to do. Got a Spiderman cake to decorate this evening...just the face not the whole thing thank goodness!

daughter came in at lunch time and wanted a cv typing up so it has taken me hours to sort it out !

No we just had one inspector and she didnt see me teach but heard the kids sing in assembly and in her feedback specially picked out how fab the singing was by teh kids so I am a very happy bunny!
