Great article, but in its current form, I'm afraid it's not the sort of thing that we're looking for in the Edited Guide - check out the Writing-Guidelines and hopefully you'll see what I mean.
Don't be discouraged - you're clearly a good writer and it's just a question of where and how to focus your talents if you'd like to contribute to h2g2... Peer Review is not the only place. The article would go down very well as it stands if you moved it to the Alternative Writing Workshop (<./>Writing-Alternative</.>
, and you could also submit it to the h2g2 newspaper, <./>ThePost</.>.

It's a personal narrative, and the <./>writing-guidelines</.> clearly state that stories should not be in the first person.
There are plenty of other places to submit it though
