The date on that front page is 13-July-2004 which is 13/07/04. The date you posted the problem was 07-Apr-2013 which is 07/04/13. Somewhere, something has mixed up the date format.

YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm
or even ..../MMM/..
been doing that for some years, after the UK/US confusion
