Can you be a bit more specific?
I manage pain with over-the-counter painkillers, but then I don't have much pain to manage very often. I broke a couple of fingers once and they gave me morphine, which was lovely, although I wouldn't want to get used to it...

Do you refer to a Pain Management Clinic or service? There are numerous causes for pain, and some people do very well with pain management clinics, others do no. There are lots of different models of pain management service ranging from specialist nurse led to anaesthetist led.
