h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

there's an xmas photo competition on the collective, which anyone from h2g2 can enter as well. the deadline is the end of next monday, nov 29.

the winning photos will appear in the '12 days of collective' gallery, that will go live around dec 01.

the idea is to have 12 photos based on the numbers 1-12 or number of objects 1-12 based on an xmax/ festive season theme. so you could have a photo of a frosted number '6' on a door or a photo of 3 reindeer.

photos have to be edited to 400x400 pixels, if possible, and emailed in to collective.photos[at]bbc.co.uk with '12 days of collective' in the subject heading. also include a link to your space and a few words about the photo.

you can send in up to 12 photos, one for each number, and remember it's for the collective so you can make this as tangental a link to xmas as you like.
