Fix a time scale to the word, say three days. Then at the end of three days everyone votes for the one they think was the best. The votes are counted and the winner is the one with the most votes.

We must give a day for voting 24 hrs say 4pm to 4pm one day to the next! It should give the voters chance to vote. But a fixed deadline would need to be set.
