Is it me, or are all the Doctors straight, all the porters gay, and all the nurses just plain annoying. It's the casualty stereotype!

TV isn't TV unless you've got the token Black, the token Gay and the token Alky...

It's the pregnant mothers that get me - they always come in with their husband to give birth and then at the last minute reveal that it was actually the husband of their sister (who of course is present) who is the *real* father. In addition he's sometimes got the clap also just thrown in for the bargain.

I hate the fact that they always set up the storylines really early on and really obviously.
Example: Young man has argument with Grandad, kid leaves house in a huff, gets hit by a bus, old man upset about argument keels over and has heart attack.

Young man just happens to be wheeled in next to his grandad, they make up. Closen up of young mans hand clasped in withered hand of grandpa...terrible music and titles. End.
