I'm currently listening to the excellent Jazz vocalist I had the pleasure of catching Fri. night, Julie Mahendan (actually her latest CD, which I had autographed). Specifically, a great vocalese treatment of "Freddie Freeloader", which appeared on Miles Davis's Kind Of Blue. Check http://www.juliemahendran.com .
