Salmon in white wine sauce, veg, roast spuds, strawberry pavlova. And for tea vege sausage rolls and mince pies with lots of brandy butter and now I'm eating dark choc coated ginger, and will probably soon feel sick.

mmmm bread cakes!!
well, yesterday we had left over fondue (left over from Christmas Eve) which was cheese fondue with bread, grapes and cherry tomatoes to dip into it. Then for dessert chocolate fondue with brioche, pretzels, mini marshmallows, strawberries, mango, physalis and grapes to dip into it.

Yesterday I had:
Prawn cocktail;
Roast turkey, chipolatas, roast gammon, roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, roast parsnips;
Christmas pudding with cream and brandy butter.
All cooked by my own fair hand! (OK, me mum had made the christmas pudding beforehand )
Today, I shall be doing cold turkey (and gammon, and chipolatas, and salad, and new potatoes...)

We have a fridge full of delicious food (cheeses, dips, salads, cold meats, smoked salmon etc etc) which only 3 people in the house are currently dipping into - OSH and I are both hardly eating because of this wretched cold. The thought of chucking all these delicacies out at the end of the week is heartbreaking so if anybody is feeling peckish ...

For lunch today I had left-over turkey, sausage and bacon rolls, sausagemeat and sage-and-onion stuffing and port and cranberry sauce with roast potatoes, brussells sprouts, carrots and gravy. This is the third meal I've had out of the feast I prepared on Christmas Day lunch (and I've also had three meals out of the salad etc that I did for Christmas Day supper). And there's still stuff left!
Turkey sandwich, anyone?
