Fried up a giant berwell birwall (howver its spelt) sausage, which is an organic spicey sausage in a spiral like a cumberland ring, and which has more texture than a normal sausage cause the meat isn't ground to nothing 
fried that up and put it in half a baguette (with bits of sausge peeking out at either end) and with butter and some tomato sauce in teh baguette

Chicken bacon and mayo filled half baguette from the bakery, and a cornish pasty. I felt like I'd eaten too much after I'd ate it

The final two slices of teh five seed bread; which wer e quite small slices, had a bit of butter on them, and a small bit of brie. also had two slices of grannary bread from the small g grannary loaf on which I put a little butter, some mayo and dijon mustard, and then put some hot smoked organic chicken b breast between to make a sandwich I'll probalby eat the res to fthe chicken tonight, as I've not much in really
