... go to Cheeburger Cheeburguer on 40th and Arbury (I think? It's a big pink building)... but they closed down before last summer.
My family normally goes to OCNJ about twice a summer - our neighbors own a condo on West and 50th and they let us borrow it every now and then. :D

I get to OCNJ only once a summer. We rent out a place on 10th and Wesley.
As for Cheeseburger Cheeseburger, I haven't seen it around. I might have just missed it, but I'm not sure. I'll have to check the next time I'm up (or maybe you could if you beat me there).

It's not there anymore... it closed down between this past summer and the one before.
They had the best cheeseburgers and milkshakes on the island.

Well, I don't know about that....
Cheeseburger Construction Co. has very good cheeseburgers. It's just a shame that they cost so much.

Hmm. Never heard of them.
Last time we were there we went to this pink building bout two blocks from the shore - er... around 30th-40th streets I think? - they had pretty good food too.

Hmmm....
The only pink building that I can think of is the Chatterbox. It's a resturant, but it's on 9th street. Could that be what you're thinking of?

Yeah, that was it. Silly me, getting my numbers all confused. (to be honest, I loose count once I make it closer to where the boardwalk starts)
