i think i already gave that number to your friend before, when you couldn't get in, as being a digibox user like us, i thought that they could do with some tips helping them to make their life here easier...

yep... had a message today to my personal space thanking us for the tips and advice... i now remember that while lurking i noticed that they had problems with their machine [NTL] and asked h2g2 @ ask h2g2... as the replies given were the out-of-date ones concerning switching off the machine etc... i kinda plugged the "accessing conversations with an out-of-memory-digibox" there... hehe...
so i killed two birds at the same time really: i gave the tips needed to dubreys and updated some gurus on how to tame the machine at the same time...
oh, i know it's not related but i also noticed other ACES mentioning us too... i left a message thanking them...
