Not the colour, obviously. The company that runs the buses here in Bournemouth.
They cost far too much, the drivers are mostly (not always) rude and the system they use is cumbersome.
It's the UNIVERSITY BUSES that REALLY get to me. I can only get one bus home every evening, a 93, and it comes once an hour. Having waited over 3 hours one evening for it to arrive, I was furious to discover that it HAD actually turned up. Numerous times. What the drivers do is to drive up with 94 on them (presumably this is the end of the 94 route), park past me, then roll the number over to 93! I don't get angry very often but I was steaming at this point.
I also discovered today that it works vice versa too. They pull up with a 93, I get on all excited, then roll it over to a 94 and I end up somewhere in Adis Ababa.
If only I could fly. Or, failing that, drive.

i used to have the same problem with city buses in columbus, ohio when i went to college at Ohio state. i had to take the number two to get to my local supermarket if i actually wanted to eat that day. but every time the #2 would pull up, by the time i got to the door it had magically turned into the #4 which was going to somewhere east of california i believe. but i learned that if i ambushed the #4, i would be there when IT turned into the #2 (at roughly the same time #2 transformed into #4), so i could actually get my groceries. trouble is by the time i learned that i was about 2 weeks away from moving back in with my parents. my timing is always off lol. anyway, i am sure this doesn't help you in the slightest but i thought i would share my experience.

Wilts and Dorset are almost as bad...still overpriced and crowded and irregular but I've found most of the drivers are fairly polite...they used to speed down my old street tho which used to annoy me.
I always let the wilts and dorset buses out but I'm afraid I really hate the yellow buses they just sem so rudely driven I wont let them out petty I know but the attitude would always be aggressive and that just annoys me, plus W&D is in tasteful dark red instead of glaring yellow.
*grumble grumble glad I don't have to drive to work in bournemouth anymore grumble*
