Going AWOL
Terran Started conversation Oct 19, 2003
After careful consideration, I am going to have to disappear at least for the next few days.
I have a very important project in University which I am working on, and can't afford to screw it up. I am by nature inherently lazy, and so if I don't make this announcement I'll only waste more time on here. Not that h2g2 is a waste of time, but you know what I mean.
I will be pulling out of all other message boards I'm involved in as well, so as to focus on this. And if you see me on here, tell me to "Go and do some work!" - because I'm not very good at listening to my own advise.
If I don't set these foundations now for my final year, I will be well and truely -ed.
Anyway, all the best,
Verc

I have to admit, when I saw this thread, I thought it was the recently-banned AWOL harassing us again

Just read about him/her. Some people on here just don't get h2g2 do they?
Like me
I can understand why you would think this would be another version of that person. Though there doesn't appear to have been any movement from them in a while. Maybe the itallics took on Hoovooloo's suggestion?
Anyway, you probably wont hear from me for a while. So all the best
