Morning All
Dee - what an awful weekend I really feel for you hun (hug) how old are your kids.
If I was you and your OH I would keep a diary of whats going on and keep going back unti you find a GP/Dr that will listen. Mental Health issues are a big area where there is still a lot of stigma over it but there are real and it is something that medication can manage.
Go back to a different GP and keep trying until someone listens
Cap'n munching on some toast here

This'll probably get lost in the postings here, but I can't make the brummy meet up now , so I've had to change my hotel booking to a different date, so that I didn't lose the money. That means that if anyone was struggling getting a room, there's one up for grabs at the Birmingham Plaza Travelodge. If anyone hears of anyone stuck, could you please pass this message on? Ta.
Even though I don't post much I sometimes have time to read and catch up with all that you're up to (unless its been withdrawn by wilco ), so was realllly looking forward to meeting you barmy lot.Anyway, all have a fabulous night out and let me know which Cuuryhouse you went to and if was good so that I can go to it on the 31st may.

I think you have to keep trying until you get someone who listens to you without blanking over.
Your older children are definately at an age where they will notice whats going on and you need to think about them as well as your OH.
to you hun,
PSD

I know PSD, that's the power of suggestion for you!
My son told me that his friend who is at boarding school had nits recently (when he was staying with us!) I started to itch immediately!! Mind you the school weren't that helpful, gave him some lotion and left him to get on with it! I know he is 17 but if you don't get the eggs it goes on and on!.....and he is a lad.....inbuilt commonsense bypass!!!
