Sorry had a bit of a mare yesterday afternoon......

We went to watch the national at the club, came back in a good mood, kids had left a bowl of sweet wrappers, jug of squash and 4 plastic beakers on the hall unit. OH lost it went ape and swiped the lot off the side then went through the hose in white rage. I ended up pinning him to the wall and sending the kids into a bedroom till I'd calmed him down. He ended up 15 mins later crying in my arms.

He's now very frightened because it has never been this bad before. Spangle may remember some of my posts on Surgery about it.

I'm probably not going to be about for the next few days, dont know if OH is going into work or not this week, but can someone please ask or let me know, is anyone in mental health on the board?
Captain, Spangle do you know where Mycelius is lurking?

Sorry to hear about all that Dee, you must be pretty stressed!

Im not sure what anyone's experience is of it on the board, maybe you could ask on the surgery. Also i dont know who Mycelius is...

Unfortunately he wont go to Docs, got a major dislike since the psychs told him he has shamming and turned him out last time said it would be on record that he wasted 2 weeks of their time )
If he is off this week I will either or do extra days at work, having the Elf may buck him up a bit.

Oh yeh sorry, i remember that from the surgery, i couldnt believe it when you said it, what a nerve they've got! My sister's father in law had the same trouble with his GP too!
