I thought this man had recently died - I assume he hasn't.
Sometimes I hear funny remarks about people selling the Big Issue. Things like "You know that guy who sells The Big Issue in town? He has a car, you know!"
Really? Well good for him, then. The point being?
Is selling the BI really very different to selling the evening paper or running a market stall? Not to me. And if Mr X who sells it is now able to own a car, well isn't that proof it works as a means of pulling people out of poverty?
