Well done.
I wonder if you pulled your punches at the end...? I was expecting more of a knockout ..but then, one doesn't want to be too nasty, does one? They are watching!

Anyhoo... if you have no other plans for this, I'd love to include a link to it in a future issue of AggGag. It's exactly what we are about! <./>agggag</.>

Truth to tell (and I always tells the truth!) I did ask if there were 'other' plans for it, because it struck me as so well written and illustrated that it might well have been commissioned by the Post.

I was surprised and delighted to acquire permission to use it but I am now also going to suggest that Greebs give it some other direct promotion on the Front Page of this week's Post.

It deserves to be read, and in this time of anti-establishment fervor (concerning the new 'english only edicts'), a little poking of fun at the system will go a long way to restoring a smile on many researchers faces.

Not everyone reads AggGag smiley - huh (we actually scooped 'h2g2 jargon' two weeks before the Post featured it as 'news'), so I really hope Greebs will take my suggestion and promote another link to it somehow. All researchers deserve a chance to have something this much fun to read.

Which other stories shall we parody? Possibilities are endless, as I have a collection of faery tales from around the world.

Nice Malkovitch piece. Try to find more graphics for it.
Like I said before, I have a collection of tales that could be modified for h2g2, including things from Russia and Africa. Perhaps a variant of "Goso the Teacher" from Misoso, which is something like a "House that Jack Built" but with a plot.

Looking forward to many more.

I tried to go easy on the graphics, knowing firsthand the frustration of waiting for a page to load. Glad you liked it though smiley - winkeye
