What about the Charlie Daniels Band and Devil Went Down to Georgia and also the Rah Band with Clouds Across the Moon?

The Rah Band are definitely not a one-hit wonder though. Remember 'The Crunch' in 1977? Happy days.
But Charlie Daniels and his friends qualify! Fab!

I don't know how well they did outside Australia, but "The Knack" brought us "My Sherona" and then (thank goodness) were never heard of again.
