Question: If putting herbs in alcoholic
beverages is such an attractive practice,
why isn't it done more? Does it make drinks
too expensive to make?

Just read the article. Gammel Dansk sounds like good stuff. Gotta make a mental note to try it when I get back to the Netherlands(Or next time I'm in Scandinavia :D)

but for now I'll go for and . And yes I think that putting herbs in drinks makes them a bit more expensive. And the trick probably is to also find the right ones. after all it apperently took the Danes 3 years.
