By the way, apparently i kidnapped the person who referred to me (repeatedly) as "carina"; it is amazing how easy kidnapping seems to be, especially when you don't demand a ransom, merely be nice to them & let them go with 5$ to buy some cigs!

Well, perhaps the person who accused you of the alleged kidnapping is just envious that your "victim" so enjoyed being kidnapped? As long as you and the other party enjoyed yourselves thoroughly.

Sorry that you can't view the web site I posted the link to. It's really quite entertaining, if you're amused by things that are so WRONG they're funny. That descrobes me fairly well.

I'm just bumming around the house for a few more hours this evening (see my posting in the "Eyes" for boring details) waiting for K to come and collect me after band practice. I feel like crap, but I have been for a few days on and off, and having him around definitely perks me up. With luck, I'll have a fun show to tell you all about on Sunday afternoon. I don't plan on accompanying K to bowling with his folks this week. They're still preparing his grandma for her move and it doesn't sound like a particularly cheerful affair, so I thought it best if I don't tag along this time.

So, everyone please keep fingers crossed and send me luck and energy and what have you while I'm trying to sort out the work sitch in the near future, and the living arrangements come spring. It's kind of a lot for me to worry about all at once, and it's proving a bit tiring.

Meanwhile, I expect to hear that everyone's been misbehaving as much as possible this weekend and having a wonderful time.
