h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

So I get up at my normal 6.30ish am this morning, now my fellow conspiritor and charge normally does not wake until 7.30 but this morning he was sitting by his door waiting my arrival.

Since he was up anyway I took him in the bathroom and sat him on the toilet while I had a quick shower. Whislt there Scott decided to talk about the country's politics what was wrong with the world in general (apparently there are not enough chocolate buscuits) and how he would rectify all of these problems.

He had not finished there, once I'd cleaned his teeth and washed his face he then decided to go on about the price of Gas and how because it was so high no-one was using it and now the Gas companies had loads of surplus and no where to store it.

Over breakfast and a crafty chocolate buscuits (apparently the shortage has not yet hit our household) we talked about parents and the lack of disapline where children are concerned .

And last but not least whilst dressing he gave his opinion on the current book I'm reading (HOly Blood Holy Grail)and Jesus Christ in general.

And to round it all off, he drew a cat and did a little dance when Snow patrol came on the telly.

Well what can I say, all this before 8.00am

Woah. Not even I can do that on sugar!!

A chocolate biscuit shortage?

Do you know how much caffeine that would take for me to cover all that in less than a couple of hours?

It has to be said, Scott can't possibly have worse suggestions than those currently in charge.

it explains why he is so tired now

I'd like to see Scott have a few words with Tony Blair, a four year old can't do any worse

He's 2 and a half scott not Tony

After such a start to a day, the mind boggles at what he'll be pondering and solving when he IS four !!!

Wow, that's deep for a two year old

oh Reef apparently every two year old ponders such things, well according to scott they do it's the main topic of conversation at nursery and playgroup, but he tells me that most adults can't dicipher the gobbledegook

I wonder what would happen if someone was able translate Baby Babble, boy I bet them in power could learn a thing or two

oh I'm sure they'd take over the world and abolish potty training

And bedtime and eating greens and washing behind ears, the list is endless

I'm impressed with Scott's insight.. I had to struggle to stay awake whilst reading Holy Blood Holy Grail.

So why should one read it?

I just read one of Dan Brown's other books - Angels and Deamons - quite enjoyed it.

Reefgirl - Angels and Demons or Holy Bolld? What did you think of it?

Angels and Demons, I prefered it to Da Vinci Code, I was really hooked on A&D so much so that we're off to Rome next year, Mum and Alex are doing the religious bit and I'm doing the architecture and art

I enjoyed it more too I have never been to Rome but would love to go one day
