Lighthousegirl - back on board

It was cumberland sausage with galic mash and gravey!

It would have been possible to have posh fish and posh roasted potatoes but it was not chip shop stuff!

I enjoyed my duck - it was nicely cooked and the salad was nice too.

I wonder if Batty and PC have been to a 'chippy' yet ...

Couldn't find one, actually... we went to a pub-type place near the hotel, where he got his fish and chips. Though it was no doubt not the proper type you're mentioning.

Last night we went to a very nice Thai restaurant called the Blue Elephant, with a load of his coworkers. The food was quite good.

Now we're back in the US. After a long and tedious flight.
