It looks like a good solid base, but it does need quite a bit of expanding before it'll be ready for the EG.

Some suggestions for filling it out a bit:

Think in terms of a stranger wanting to come and visit. What languages would he need to understand? What currency is used? Where is the airport and what is it called? How do people get around? Are there train services, for example? Also are there any places that a visitor should make time to see?

Umm, parts of this entry look pretty similar in a word to word sort of way to parts of the entry in w*k*. Which feels like a shame, as I could probably help out a bit with an entry on crna gora, having been there on a number of occasions (I live in neighboring Serbia these days)...

Would be nice to see some tips of best places to go - dates of the carnival thingy in Kotor for instance, some mention of Budva, etc...

Whilst Montenegro is a small country, it needs more than this - take your time and try to avoid lists of stats and facts - think mmore like you were trying to persuade your friends you should go on holiday there.
