Aztec Martini - ginger brandy spiced with cinnamon and clove with vodka, served in a glass rimmed with Mexican
Jolly Rancher - watermelon vodka and pomegranate juice (tastes just like a watermelon Jolly Rancher) with watermelon balls floating around in it
Classic ini - citrus vodka, only a spritz of vermouth, jalapeno stuffed olives and cocktail onions - served VERY dirty
Nightlight - an martini - made with our high priest's special vintage greeh (don't worry.. you're supposed to glow in the dark when you drink it)

Tapas:

albondigas en salsa de chipotle (see A883794 if you don't know what this is)
huge prawns sauteed in olive oil and butter laced with garlic and parsley, and lots of bread to dip in the butter
flautas of corned beef with spicy avocado cream to dip them in
lobster chunks rolled in serrano ham and wrapped in parchment, roasted on hot river rocks

Aye, that's t'fella on t'telly all one night last week. I spotted a bloke in the audience for one of the shows wearing a "Garlic Bread" T-shirt. That was soon after a Max & Paddy clip with a garlic bread conversation so it all made sense.
