miraculousrandomness, do you see how much detail there is in the Camembert entry? That's the sort of detail that you should strive to include in your Cheddar entry. I'd particularly like to hear about how Cheddar is made, and what makes it different from other cheeses.smiley - smiley

I've read, or seen on the brainkiller (TV), that there are more cheeses in Britain than in France. If this is true, you have an absolutely enormous project on your plate. (As if not already) Cheese too with any luck! smiley - winkeye

I will try to help as I am indeed a cheeseaholic. smiley - biggrin

Many consider Roquefort as the king, but I must admit, though a favourite, there are many others which due to their diversity shouldn't really be compared.
