Josh wants a hamster for his birthday and we need a name to give it. I like Dangerous Beans but he's not convinced 
any other ideas?

We used to have a pair of Russian dwarf hamsters, which I called Lenin and Trotsky.
Mrs. D won't let me get a Chinese hamster because I'd want to call it Mao Tse-Tung.

The girls had a pair of female dwarf russian hamsters for Christmas. They called them Bananas and Nuts.
In a lovely example of hamster irony, Bananas turned out to be male.
We realised this when we discovered last week that we now have four more hamsters to name ...
