And as a bloke, i hate it cus it makes the whole shopping experance a red nightmare, and you allways get asked "did you keep the receipt" with that "look"
I think the most romantic think i have ever heard of someone buying, was a elephant, so coolio

Any ideas what to get the woman you love ( are scared of)
I dunno if I'm typical but I find the whole experience a nightmare
I tend to go for the quiet meal somewhere, if I can find a place that hasn't hiked up the prices to take advantage of us poor lovestruck fools
Cynically yours, STUPID ( arrow thru your ass )

Shop for dinner.
Make the dinner table pretty.
Cook dinner, with Her seated nicely by fire, with in hand.
Serve dinner nicely with .
Clear table, do dishes.
For encore, serve nice dessert in bed...
It sure would make me weak at the knees.
(And does almost every week, except I help out with cooking and clearing. It's the shopping and deciding that gets to me)

I don't see how anyone who actually 'knows' their girl would need to keep the receipt
Owen, Milla's idea is good as always, or the nice meal out and a nice little pressie? how about some earrings if she wears them? or a CD shed like..or even concert tickets?

Meal out is good, but on Valentine's day itself everywhere tends to be very busy. So either cook yourself, or make it a different night.
I'm lining up a surprise this year, so I can't say any more! *taps side of nose*
Now then, what's been going on in PR

I think I'll start an innocent thread in Ask to ask girls (or anyone) to describe their perfect V day. Someone else might benefit from it!
