Take a pair of socks and roll and stuff them inside a condom.
Get a nice man (tho' not that it matters) to suck all the air out the condom and tie it at the end.
With not too much imagination... you've made......
a pair of socks inside a condom....
If he doesn't behave you can.....
and if he gets worse shove his underpants in there too!
and if you really really don't like him you can always hit him with it too 
hehe

I'm guessing that it could also make a nice, cheap alternative for an adult 'toy' usually made out of plastic substance.... *toddles off to go try out*
