Sorry to hear about the migraine.
I had some terrible migraines in my teens. As if being a teenager weren't bad enough by itself.

Have you tried putting a rolling pin on the floor and gently rolling back and forth on it in bare feet, sounds daft but my old martial arts instructor swore by it for migraine, something to do with pressure points. Hope you feel better soon .

I no longer have headaches. I think they migrated to other people...

Paulh, next time you want to give me something, chocolate would be a better choice, I think.
