The back is doing quite a bit better, although standing for nine hours on a tile-covered concrete slab is not much better than what I had before.
The two block walk is tres better than the 20 mile commute.
The communication between me and my new boss is much better than it was between me and the evil supervisor at the old job.
Only real problem is making approximately 1/2 what I was making at the old place.
