Alligator Sauce Piquant was very good. Alligator is really tender if not overcooked.
Fried Alligator (on a stick) was too much like chicken to be worth alligator price.

I blinked and missed Mardi Gras. 
I'm determined not to kiss Saint Patrick's Day, the next big holiday. I found a radio station that plays Irish music.

I listen to online radio stations as well. Replaced cable television with amazon prime for the streaming media.
