Seems to be the best time for me to write. *shrugs*
The short work of fiction that I finished recently is ready for the editing and re writing stage. A few of my poems have been posted on a writing web site.
So, if you see me in the online list and not posting, chances are I am either writing or out somewhere in real life and I forgot to close the conversation gadget.
Then again, I might be lurking...

I couldn't figure out what time zone one would have to be in to have 2:00 a.m. fall four hours later than it would in Boston. You'd have to be somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, Evangeline.
Of course, you wouldn't be the first H2G2 researcher to feel at sea.

Yeah, but the ink runs when I type underwater...
I write at other times, it just seems easier in the early hours of the morning.
How have you been, Paul?

Maybe that's why there are no great dolphin writers.
I've been okay, though the summer heat has suddenly come down on us like a 16-ton weight.
I got s plumber to come in and stop the leak from my toilet. Unfortunately, the chronic leaking has caused the bathroom floor to sink, so I'll need to get a carpenter in to rebuild it.

*frowns*
can't you get waterproof ink?

Evangeline Posted Jun 14, 2005
I thought it was because dolphins don't have thumbs to hit the space bar...
85F and sunny as all get out, here.
I hope the carpenter does a good job.
Waterproof ink is hard to find. I've used it to draw. It's a mess to wash off the pen nibs.

Well, dolphins are way smarter than we are (just ask Douglas Adams), so by now they've surely figured out a way around that.

I would be most interested in knowing what web site you posted your poems to. Cheers,

The site is greatwriting.co.uk
Paul, most of those poems have been posted in my journals on h2g2 at one time or another.

what really rocks is 2 am at an all night diner scribbling your stories on notebooks and napkins.
