Keep on at it!
My latest discovery is the gym. 'I do it for the endolphins' (Carrie Fisher - Postcards From The Edge.) Maaaan - Nobody told me it makes you feel so good! The only difficult bit is going to be fitting it into my routine - but since it means I'll get back home energised rather than frazzled, it could well work out.
Long live the NHS!

Fitting it into the schedule can be tricky. Mornings haven't worked out so well for me- I just can't get myself up any earlier than I already am (4:30). I'll likely get it in after work- does anyone find that working out within a few hours of bedtime make it more difficult to get to sleep?

True. I've not been sleeping - to the extent that I'm worried about bp stuff. I've ordered some pills.

Yeah - . Mine were only a minor blip. I discussed the episode with my CPN this week - I was definitely having too many ideas and my head felt funny. He said that maybe I'll just have the odd episode, but so long as I recognise them and have the supports in place, they're manageable.
Sweden/Copenhagen are the next challenge. Plus - summer.
