"There will be an expiry date, as with the previous web-dramas (usually about six months after the end of the broadcast). After then, the audio-only version will be available on CD."

Why the expiry date?

And what are the other web-dramas? I like the format.

The agreement BBCi have with Big Finish (if I've remembered rightly) is that BBCi get to 'broadcast' the production for x-amount of months and then Big Finish retain the rights to release the production on CD. So that they can make the most of the release, BBCi take the web-drama down.

The previous ones - now available on CD are "Death Comes to Tim" (made by Dan Freedman's team) and "Real Time" (made by Big Finish).
