http://www.teleportec.com/
It's used as a video conferencing tool, that puts a colour hologram of you behind a lecturn. It's unfortunate that it costs as much as a shrewdly priced three bedroom semi. A lovely piece of kit, they had one at the school I worked at and another two at the local City Learning Centre.
If you want to stay where you wish to teleport to however, it's being worked on by some boffiins in Australia I gather. The main problem in teleporting more than one atom is having a system that encodes the position of every single atom in your body at the last possible moment in location x, then reassembling the body in the correct order in location y. No doubt you'd have to find a way of compensating for heisenberg's uncertainty principle.

Getting back on topic...
The problem that you've noticed is due to the servers not being synchronised. I think Jim is aware of it but there are a few other problems that need work on first.

Well, I've removed every "cookie" "spy" and "pop" I could find that was not vital to the workings of another program.

Dear Friends,
I notice that some others are having problems. Well I know that I am old, and not as quickwitted and slow to learn etc. etc. but it really is beyond a joke when I have to log in with my name and password every time I want to go onto the hootoo website. Only after we have gone through the charade three times and I am then locked out temporarily do things begin to look up. I am given my password and asked for the secret answer. When I give it I am then accepted as a bonafide member except that on the ONLINE now I am listed as smilingAlsoRan1 (new member) I acutally joined two years ago.
I was unable to find my old page in spite of typing in the number. I have now befriended myself and having found a letter that I had written on one of the underguide entries I was able to get onto my old home page and befriend AlsoRan1 with smilingalsoRan1.
Ingenious, neat and I think for a lady of 75 years shows considerable initiative even though I say so myself!!.
Cookies - does one know where to find them All I know is that they are there and one cannot operate without them!
I really think that it was easier in the good old days when I had to type in all the instructions and I was able to create magnificent data bases with DBase3. Now I can hardly understand a word of what they say!!
Kind regards

I tend to blame my computer problems on the fact that we've had this machine for about 5 years now, and I've been told that my assumption that moving with it 8 times could have something to do with our problems as well...
But Mr C, that's just

You did very well getting all the parts of yourself together on one page!

There seem to be about 700 cookies in my
computer. That seems to be why, in the middle
of the night, my computer will mysteriously
turn itself on. It just wants a midnight snack.
