, Paul... I must have mis-read your post. I thought it sounded like you had a dishwasher but preferred to wash the dishes by hand for some strange reason.
No, I don't know how a person affords a dishwasher. In our case we've decided that in order to put a dishwasher in our kitchen, we'd have to do some major remodeling. So the expense would be significantly more than just the dishwasher, the plumbing and electrical hookups for it.

Yes, so nothing particulaly bad, no food cravings yet?
shame I'm elergic to eggs, always have been, I can't even eat real cake 
unless it's been high temprature cooked (or marsypan but thats because of the real nuts). darn it.
