Is that your charming way of saying that when you reach 30, you *may* become normal, Rat? 
Here's another possibility: you are a pan-dimensional being who is already way beyond 30 in another dimension. You need to bring some of that into *this* dimension.

Speaking of which, I nearly died today....
I was fitting my cooker and wiring it up. When I came to connect it to the mains, I forgot to turn the power off. I've never been as terrified as I was when all them huge blue sparks flew out from the wall towards me 
The odd thing is, it didnt even blow the fuse...

That is really frightening about the stove. One of my friends is a certified electrician. The stories I've heard...

Well, you're one up on me, Evangeline. *None* of my friends are electricians. Heck, none of them are elctrifying in any way.

Most of my friends have calmed down a bit. The most shocking thing around here lately is the filing cabinet.
That particular friend took a two year course at the local Vocational and Technical school when he was 19. He is not a professional electrician. He prefers to work at the natural food store instead of construction sites while doing minor electrical repair and installations on the side. So far, the repairs he has done around my house work better than the previous electrical repairs (some done by more experienced professional electricians).
