The author says that there are no terms in use to describe the opposite of a "vicious circle".

Would the term "Light at the end of the tunnnel" not come close to that? It's often used when someone who is perceived to be in some kind of loop is working their way out of it. They are not out of the loop yet, but have a rough idea of what they need to do.

Right, there's no word for it in the article itself. But there *is* one: "virtuous loops" smiley - biggrin
However, I was made aware of it too late so it didn't make it into the entry and I haven't got around to put the entry up for an update yet.
