Thank you; you've just given a name to something I've had for a year or two now. I had no idea how common it was!
There is a club for RLS sufferers on "Yahoo!" It is called "Earthgirl's RLS Club", and can be found under Health/Sleep Disorders. I've added a link to this article in the club's link section.

Thanks for the link to the Yahoo site. I have suffered from RLS since I was a teenager (many moons ago) and I was diagnosed when I was in my 20's. Back then, they told you to try walking it off or taking an asprin. It was only about 5 years ago that I got effective treatment. I believe many more people suffer from this than the statistics show. How do you describe this to someone? But it is real and can interfere in your life if left untreated.
