the section on treatment is not really adequate. iron supplements are given for iron deficiency, not as "blind" treatment. Major tranquilizers would make RLS WORSE not better, as well as tricyclic antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and lithium.
Dopamine agonists are used as first choice by many physicians, as well as anticonvulsants (phenytoin would not be first choice, carbamazepine would be better).
