I have to agree wholeheartedly with you on this one Táralómë. I was actually driving down the Hume Highway, on my way home from Sincity to wonderous Melbourne, when the final siren went. I stopped and danced around the car in celebration at Collingwoods loss.

Then we were both doing a happy dance at exactly the same time!

No, I was in the tearoom at work. We had just finished for the day, and put the telly on to catch the last of it. We were all very happy. One of my workmates wanted to stay long enough to see the Collingwood boys cry. She's a bit morbid.

I'm sure motorist driving down the Hume are used to some weird sights. Not that I think you're weird. Hey, Collingwood lost, it's worth a happy dance! And it's a good thing you pulled over. I heard on the news they're cracking down on the things one does in the car that may be considered distracting.

There's only one thing I hate worse than football, and that's Collingwood. (My interest in football lasts only long enough to make sure they're not winning.) We never would have heard the end of it, had they won. The last time they did is still a memory worth groaning about.
