Jet lag is a surprising thing when you get back - don't listen to the cobblers that you should stay up until it's English bed time - you'll need sleep, and lots of it! It's quite odd, but on your first day back, if you're knackered, just go to bed! You'll probably sleep loads more than usual for the following couple of days too

Ah well I did, I was walking around London like a zonie phony, just totaly off my realy stack.
but I got to sleep at 4pm in the B&B and got up at 1am, ok so i fell back to sleep for some more but I got up quite early and went to my interview quite refreshed.
