Oooh, a new QI. They're a bit rare these days, aren't they?

Half man half biscuit - nah, that silly. Forget that.

Hmmm. Fecal matter in a sarnie. Dung. Dung beetles. Ah, The Beatles?

It's fairly well known, but Christopher Guest (the lead singer) is an hereditary peer, Baron Haden-Guest. He is married, lucky b, to Jamie Lee Curtis, who is officially Lady Haden-Guest.

He has sat in the Lords, but I've got a feeling he can't any more, since the last culling of hereditary peers.

If we're on the subject of pithy review, then that is on the sticks in my head, though I can't remember what play (if is was a play - on a stage, definitely). I even had a brief flick through Ned Sherin's book of Theatrical Anecdotes this evening to try to find it (the sacrifices I make for this game!).

Anywayup, the review read, in it's entirety:

"Hebrews Chapter 13 Verse 8"

One assumes the reviewer was not impressed.

I think the reviewer was referencing the King James Version, where the sentence construction is even more interesting.

I think Hebrews 13:9 is more interesting
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
