What links these people:
William Shakespeare, Jack Dee, Margaret Thatcher and Chuck Norris.
No Wiki, or Google, or other Internet Search engines....
Klaxons? Oh yes... A few....

Nalot of the Silver Posted Jul 28, 2010
They have all read out someone else's words...
Chuck Norris is an actor ( I think) and so has lines written for him, Margaret Thatcher had speaches written for her, Jack Dee prob had jokes written for him, and Shakespear (according to rumour) had plays written for him...

I'm pretty sure Shakespeare's birthday is April 23rd, so toybox cannot possibly be right.
Does Superman wear Jack Dee pyjamas?

They have all, at some point in their life, been cited as paragon of masculinity.

A bit like JS BAch then? In his time, it was rather CPE who was the known one, or so I was told.

Argon0 (50 and feeling it - back for a bit) Posted Jul 28, 2010
TB - nope and steering well clear of KlaxonVille
TAFF - nope, and I have to agree with Silver on this one - Jack is FAR superior to Harry... (imho he's the best compere "I'm sorry I haven't a clue" has had - and there's a clue!)

Woah! I had one of those convergent-life moments this evening.
We were doing 'Chuck Norris Facts' in the pub, and someone else says, 'did you know he has twin kids?' And it occurred to me that Carol and Mark Thatcher are twins. The rest is conjecture...

I recon that's right Shakespere had twins, as was often the case in them days the boy died aged 12 but the girl died in her 70's. The boy was called Hamnet.
