What do William Wright and his brother (from Castleford, Yorkshire) have in common with Paul Atterbury who appears occasionally on TV.
No Google, Wikipedia, etc.
No klaxons. Extra points for little known factoids as per.

Going with the title as well, either they have the same mother but different fathers, or their 'sister' turned out to be their mum.

They are not related but there is a connection between Paul's mother and William's sister. It might help if you knew William's brother's name but it's still early for clues.

Would it help to spark some interest if I gave a clue or two?
Well, William's brother was called Benjamin and Paul is an antiques expert who has appeared on Antiques roadshow.

Both ladies were in the same singing group or dance troupe. Let's try that they were both in Pan's People.

Yes, Br. Robyn.
Now, who is Paul Atterbury and what therefore is the connection?

So it was their sister who wrote/conceived Bill and Ben, which appeared on the BBC in the early fifties, and was narrated by a woman. The narrator was possibly the mother of the third man in the question whose name I've forgotten in the time it's taken me to type this...
I knew something quite interesting about Flobadob once too; completely gone now of course.
