and again as little back as 1962-63

Good I am glad Vip got that
14 weeks was the first time in 1410, it was also fourteen weeks, Europe was in the grip of a mini ice age. But the thames only became frozen as the river flowed somewhat slower then.
The frost fairs started in the 1600's and Henry VIII and Elizabeth I visited them.
